Education and experience

Divyanshu Dev is an advocate and a graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, where he completed his B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree in 2022.

His in-house work at Axis Bank Limited, Mumbai, within the IBC Structured Assets team, involved insolvency and resolution matters, creditor rights, stressed-asset recovery, and banking and security documentation. His current professional work includes legal research, drafting and work on banking and financial matters, corporate and commercial disputes, and arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
